Free delivery in Calgary and area always! (excludes PO Boxes)
Free shipping in Canada and continental USA on orders over $90.
On orders under $90, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies for orders anywhere in Canada or continental USA.
Orders are sent with courier unless sent to a PO box.
Delivery Time
Orders originate from Calgary, AB Canada. Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days plus shipping time.
Duties & Customs
We now ship orders to the USA with duties and customs pre-paid. All other regions do not include any related charges. Any duties or customs charged are your responsibility.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If we can catch your order before shipping, we’re happy to make a change. Please send an email to ashleyosborneauthor@gmail.com with your order number and the changes you’d like to make. Once an order has shipped, unfortunately we’re not able to make changes.
Returns
I want to ensure you love my books, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, I'll replace or refund it.
For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to me at ashleyosborneauthor@gmail.com. This quick and simple step will help me provide a speedy resolution. Any quality issues must be communicated within 30 days of receiving your order.
At this time, I do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.
